When you're a college student, life can get tough. The last thing you have in mind is to look for a job. How do you cover your expenses? Forty-six of a hundred students employed full-time will work 25 or more hours per week.
Fifty-three of a hundred who work 25 or more hours per week say their class time as limited and get no work done.
Sixty-three of a hundred who work 25 or more hours per week say they could not pay for school if they didn't work.
One in five or 20 percent of full-time employed students will work 35 or more hours per week.
Many are resorting to find jobs that require them to work online. Online jobs present complete flexibility on time. A student with a full time semester schedule can have time to work on their own time without having any effect on their important school work.
The items needed to do the online jobs are a laptop and internet access. Some of these jobs can range from Data-entry to Cold calling as well as minor marketing jobs. Usually the progress of the students work is in check by a coordinator, who manages the distribution of tasks to the student workers, and also arranges the pay for the student workers.
Watch out for any online jobs, that say, "Work from Home" or "Get wealthy fast". These are noted scams, that don't lead to a job but identity theft of your personal information and data. It is very important to do your research on the companies you are applying jobs to, for the sake of understanding the legitimacy of the company.

I'm a college student and I need a part-time job, but I don't know where should I work. I don't have job experience (but have done community service). I applied to some stores, but they don't want me because of my full time(12 units) class schedule. I'm looking for a part-time or at least a seasonal job. Please help.

Please HELP Should I quit my job?
I currently hate my job my boss is nasty all the time and it causing health issues and grief at home.
I am looking at a part time job that's monday through friday 25-32 hours a week and pays more hourly.
The only draw back is it doesn't have benefits even though its for a well known university. My son is covered under his father insurance plan so I'm sure hell be ok it's just I wont have Health Benefits. SHould I keep my job job or take the part time gig instead? I know so many don't have jobs but Im miserable at work.
