I have constantly kept pointing out that searching a job is a complex and prolonged task

I have constantly kept pointing out that searching a job is a complex and prolonged task. Several times you have an aim: looking for the right career or job, so there is not a lot of search involved. But more often than not, it becomes a Job Search because you dont precisely recognize what you are looking for. What you know is that you require a new job, but the who, what, where and which job uncertainties are wide open. It is this kind of search that can become disordered. The options are irresistible like you want them all. If you are organized, it will help you stay practical about the time-frame and the effort required in your job search.
Long searches makeitharder to keep on paying attention and optimistic on the job search. It is very important that you:
(a) Administer your job search and keep a track of the jobs you find
(b) the jobs you have submitted yourapplicationto

(d) And the networking contacts you are looking forward to.
You may found it difficult, but it is not all that difficult. However there are less positions vacant and many candidates for everyjob opening, and you not only have to be competitive but super-competitive so as to be competent to make a strong positive impression on every hiring administrator, recruiter, and networking contact. There are many ways to find yourjob search inhand. To make it easy, put in order your search, make creative use of your time and build strong networks.
To be a better organizer of your job search follow the following tips:
(a) Use time and energy in the correct area. This will generateoutcomesand job offers more rapidly than if you had not.

(e) Hunt the webjob boardsand read professional journals.
(f) Take full advantage of the many career guidance books available.
Keep record of your daily activities including contacts, dates, interviews and follow-ups. This will help you cross off jobs once they are filled or if youre unable to get any further in theapplicationprocess.

When you have invested you precious timefor job search, it becomes significant to follow through your invested time. No matter what the result of the interaction is, it is a great way to build and maintain your personal identity and creategoodwillfor opportunities to come. Good Luck to all.

How do I get my adult nieces to grow up and be independent of me?
Hi,
I know in the last few days I have written a lot about my family but I am getting really stressed out. I enjoy hearing other people's opinions about things and someone else being able to give me an objective viewpoint.
Okay, in a nutshell...my brother (47) was a nice little boy but turned into a verbal abusing bully and my mother and I were his prime targets. He lost his govt job because of his temper and his fighting after 19 years and lost his retirement and everything went down hill from there.
My mother, who was widowed at the time, picked up the slack for him. She paid his truck payment, his mortgage, his bills, bought groceries and said she did it for his kids who at the time were 15 and 17.
She got sick in 2006 and his anger and abuse toward me became unbearable, even turning physical at one point. His two daughters were monsters to me and it was a living hell to take care of a dying mother while being abused by three members of my own family.
When she died three months later, he took the kids, sold his property which was part of our family farm and moved away. I had no idea where they went. I was sad at first then began to enjoy having them out of my life and was finally able to find some peace in my life and in my heart.
Three years passed and the oldest one, then 21, came back and wanted to move in. She seemed to be more mature so I let her.
It wasn't long until her father and her sister and their problems and every day drama were in my life again but still living hours away.
In the three years before she came back, I was alone, had no help from them, no money, no groceries...nothing! I spent holidays alone and never heard from any of them. I worked my way up and got a good job, saved my home from ruin, got a nice car and was able to pay off my house.
My brother and his kids are depressed, depressing, negative, FULL of drama, very draining, users, liars, none of them work, all on welfare and basically just miserable people who get a kick out of fighting with everyone.
After a year, the oldest moved out and I could breathe again. She got married, is now 24 and lives about 10 minutes away. Her sister is now living with them and needs my help. She wants to stay down here, get a job and find an apartment.
My brother only speaks to me when he needs something. Other than that, it's screw me!
Okay, I am almost 50 years old. I have a wonderful, caring man, a beautiful home and a loving family. I have never been happier in my life. I have a great job, make good money and although I no longer live in my family home (I own it and we are refurbishing it) my husband and I live five minutes away and work on it daily.
I need peace and quiet in my life. I feel like I have been in this nice, happy place for many years. I am content there and the three of them are like poison and they are trying to puncture my world and bring me down into their hell. That may sound awful but that's how I really feel about them.
My youngest niece wants to move into the family home. She has no job, no money, no car, and lives on food stamps. She is out looking for a job but has a very sloppy appearance and has a rep like her dad for getting into arguments at work and walking off the job.
Currently, I have the power and water turned off there while we do repairs and gut out some of the rooms. I cannot afford to turn everything back on and pay the bills while she lives there for free.
The oldest one insists on using my mailbox and address for all of their bills, she and her husband's. I am tired of carting their mail around and sometimes it gets misplaced and they complain that they didn't get it on time. I have asked them for over two years to please get a post office box but they refuse.
I am not their grandmother or their parent! I am at the age where this is becoming way too much. I am not responsible for my brother's grown children and it is causing me a great deal of stress.
A part of me feels guilty since they are my family, but I have done so much for them their entire lives and they have done nothing but crap on me for years. Up until a month ago, the youngest one wasn't even speaking to me, now I am her best friend!
Any advice?
Thank you for your time!
